Provision of Major Adaptations and Improvement Works

The Council has a requirement to establish a major housing adaptations and improvements framework and to identify and appoint 3 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a 3 + 1 year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement & Specification.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Procurement document or other related documents.
