- Demolition of pre-existing structure on site.
- Construction of four modular workshop/office units and associated control centre.
- Associated external works; general site clearance, making good existing hardstanding,
provision of protective bollards, external lighting etc...... including all necessary associated works as identified in the Employer's Requirements
