Governance & Intergrated Planning Lead

Develop, lead and ensure effective governance is followed for all decision making and challenge appropriately when not. Assure that the governance and reporting structures remain robust and appropriate to the lifecycle.

Work with stakeholders to agree governance and reporting structure and ensure key stakeholders are embedded appropriately. Keep governance structure under review, bringing in different stakeholders as needed.

Plan, prepare and conduct governance audits and work with senior stakeholders to ensure decisions are understood and owned, both inside and outside the programme.

Lead and champion analysis of data and the generation of insight to present to boards. Ensure an effective secretariat service to support top-level boards and executive stakeholders. Ensure decisions are recorded and actions managed to completion.

Set, agree and monitor tolerances, escalation triggers and gateways supporting successful delivery of the programme.

Develop, monitor and assure knowledge and information processes that conform with the organisation standards. Quality assure and challenge the organisation to align, comply and follow the agreed processes.

Implement, monitor and enable continuous improvement through process, sharing and embedding lessons learned. Report and communicate activities, key messages and sharing opportunities. Own a programme of project delivery masterclasses.

Provide coordination, direction and guidance to the team. Ensure that individual and organisational learning opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
