New website design, build and hosting for Centre for Fashion Enterprise at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Prospective Respondents are required to note the maximum contract value allocated for the delivery the service(s) being tendered is £15,500 (including VAT).

8.The deadline for submitting your electronic response(s) to the documents referred above is scheduled for 16 June 2016, at 12:00hrs.

10.All tenders must be in sterling GBP and the resulting contract will be subject to English law.
11.The Offeror acknowledges the fact that by responding to the advert, the University is not liable for any cost incurred throughout the Procurement exercise.
12.The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept an offer either in whole or in part, each service requirements for this purpose treated as being tendered separately.
13.All information supplied in connection with this contract notice shall be regarded as confidential and by submitting an offer, the Respondent agrees to be bound by the condition stated in the descriptive documents and the obligation to preserve the confidentiality of all such information.
14.Respondents are required to submit any questions arising from this invitation and the documentation set out herein using the ‘email buyer’ facility within the Delta e-Tendering suite. Any questions relating to the University’s ITT raised outside of this facility will not be responded.
15.Answers to the questions formed as part of this tender process by the University will be communicated to all the Respondents on a standard format and without reference to the originator, through the Delta e-Tendering Suite.
16.Please ensure that you allow yourself plenty of time when responding to this invitation prior to the closing date and time, especially if you have been asked to upload documents.
17.Offers must be written in English and uploaded through the Delta eSourcing tender-box reference QRW2RZDWXQ, by no later than 12:00hrs on 16 June 2016.
18.Failure to upload your response through the Delta System will result in your offer being rejected.
