description
De Montfort University is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out refurbishment at a building on the campus. The Work will entail dividing an office and study rooms into small individual offices for Silent Study Areas. New ceilings within these spaces, new floor finishes and complete redecoration. New power and data provision and new air supply and extract.
The proposed start date is 20th June 2016 with a five week contract period, completion being Friday 22nd July 2016.
