Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) on behalf of the NHS England North Midlands is looking to procure GP Services for Creswell and Langwith villages located in the Bolsover District of North Derbyshire.
The contracting options are still under consideration but the length of the contract is likely to be a minimum of 10 years.
The current patient population across both villages is 5032 as at 1st July 2015.
