The Council is looking for a bidder to provide a cost effective, well managed building and tenancy management service for the Council's emergency accommodation Properties.The Council is in the process of a conversion of an existing public house to ten emergency housing units and one commercial unit, including minor demolition work situate at Downview 1 Station Parade Tarring Road Worthing BN11 4SS.
