The Council requires the delivery of a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) as part of an extensive review of the Leicestershire Highway Design Guide (LHDG). A SEA will provide an analysis of the LHDG and the options for delivery of the policies, guidance and processes, considered against agreed sustainability objectives and criteria.
