Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals

The Authority is looking for a Contractor to undertake rent reviews and lease renewals on its behalf to help maximising the income generated from its property portfolio and ensuring that Landlord & Tenant matters are up to date. This Contract is initially for a period of 6 months and may be extended up to a total period of 18 months from the Commencement Date.
