NHS Durham Dales, Easington & Sedgefield Clinical Commissioning Group proposes to commission a short notice transport service for their population . The contracting authority will develop the service model to incorporate the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, specifically: What is proposed to be procured, might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the relevant area. (Area is the geographic area for which the procurement is taking place).

The CCG wish to receive the views from potential providers on potential service models for delivery of short notice patient transport service(s) for the population of Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield Clinical Commissioning Group.
