Service providers are invited to submit tenders to be appointed to a four year framework for the supply of water hygiene services to include monitoring, inspection and maintenance of water systems including water temperature controls for a range of Places for People owned and managed properties in accordance with the requirements set out in the HSE's Approved Code Of Practice (ACOP) L8 'Legionnaires Disease; the control of Legionella bacteria in water systems, HSG 274 Part 2' and all other relevant guidance and British Standards.
