description
After delivering the Inspire programme to over 700 managers it is essential that those recently new to CQC are able to gain the same level of development especially in relation to the adoption and consistent application of appropriate models used on the programme.
Since completing the programme we have new managers who have joined CQC and some who could not attend the initial programme for valid reasons.
A need has therefore been identified to undertake an additional 3 cohorts of the Inspire programme over 2018/19. This would facilitate an additional 70 managers through the Inspire Programme.
