Specialist IT Support for Internal Audit

The Council has embarked on an ambitious digital improvement and its technology platform is becoming more complex and is now moving to cloud based solutions. Currently the in-house team does not have sufficient IT skills and capabilities to carry out this critical work.

The Council is looking for suitably qualified and experienced organisations / individuals who are interested in providing support to the Internal Audit and Risk Service in delivering both general IT controls and technical assurance around the Council's IT environment. The technical IT audit work will include those areas that require expertise and tools to test controls for example the configuration of firewalls, networks or individual applications.

Experience of complex IT environments, Oracle ERP and Cloud is required.
