Request for Quote Repair and Paint works

Wirral Partnership Homes Ltd (trading as Magenta Living) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to carry out paint and associated repairs works to a number of our leaseholder properties in Wirral, Merseyside.

The repair and painting works to the properties includes:

• all front/dividing fencing & gates, side gates and screens and any rear fencing that abuts a communal pathway;
• all outhouses windows, doors, frames and fascia boards;
• other elements of work as detailed in the Schedule of Works.

Site Visits

Prior to submitting their quote prospective Providers are strongly advised to visit the external of the sites to verify the scope of works and satisfy themselves as to the means of access, nature and conditions of the sites, parking restrictions and generally any conditions which might influence their quote. Arrangements to visit the site may be made by prior arrangement with the Contract Administrator – by contacting Brian Croft on 0151 606 3091.
