Mansfield District Council MDCT16-0292 Mansfield District Local Plan: Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP)

Mansfield District Council requires consultants to produce a robust and comprehensive IDP to identify the district’s baseline infrastructure, its quality, capacity and constraints, and to assess the infrastructure requirements to enable delivery of the local plan proposals. The IDP should conform to the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework, National Planning Practice Guidance, and have regard to best practice in the preparation of IDP’s.

The IDP should incorporate work that has already been undertaken in house to audit the district’s existing infrastructure provision, and should provide sound evidence base to support the plan at its publication draft stage.

The IDP will need to be the subject of discussion with relevant council officers and be prepared in collaboration with relevant strategic partners including all relevant infrastructure providers, and neighbouring local authorities under the Duty to Cooperate.
