- Services required – a contract for the following service for a period of 12 months with two options to extend of twelve months each. Services are required from one provider to cover England, Scotland and Wales.
| 1. | Individual Outplacement: |
| • | A 90 minute face to face diagnostic discussion with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant |
| • | Two one hour face to face meetings with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant |
| • | Three months support via telephone and e-mail |
| • | Six months access to a nationwide database of job vacancies. |
| 2. | Group Outplacement: |
| • | For groups of between six and twelve staff |
| • | A one day Job Seeking Skills Workshop |
| • | Two one hour face to face sessions with an experienced Outplacement/Careers Consultant |
| • | Three months remote support via e-mail and telephone |
| • | Six months access to a nationwide database of job vacancies |
