St Albans City and District Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out demolition and reconstruction of Harpenden Public Halls, Southdown Rd, Harpenden AL5 1TEThe work comprises; demolition, service disconnection and then re-construction of the mixed use (Residential and Commercial) in accordance with the proposed design and in line with regulations, planning application number 5/2022/2611 – listed application 5/2022/2612Further details, including plans and a site investigation report, can be found in the tender documents available for download from Supply Hertfordshire, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire, the Council's electronic tendering portal.
