In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations and the Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority's service order, the Authority is seeking to choose a Tenderer(s) by competitive tender for the supply of ladders<i>.</i> It is anticipated that the Authority will award this Contract to one Tenderer.
