CBC-0877-T-BA Design and construction of an 8-bedroom extension to the existing dwelling at Puddlehill, Houghton Regis.

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to design and construct an 8-bedroom extension to the existing dwelling, together with external works at Puddlehill, Bedford Road, Houghton Regis, Dunstable, LU5 5DJ.

Each unit will incorporate a kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping/living area.

The contract includes design and construction of external car parking and highway junction to the development.

It is intended that work will start in September 2018.

Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Friday 20th July 2018
