Opportunity:
Our original opportunities broadly remain. We are seeking providers to deliver the services, detailed within the attached PDF. If we proceed with this procurement, we intend to establish a maximum 2-year agreement per requirement, with break clauses. Each programme with start with a pilot year. If the pilot year is successful, the Department may proceed with further years.
Our Need:
Following the Call for Evidence that we published in November 2023, the number one request from educators is further training and guidance on the safe use of AI. To help education professionals take advantage of AI's potential, we require providers who can deliver the following functions. Please note, these requirements may likely be competed separate:

We will be hosting a presentation via Microsoft Teams per requirement on the week commencing 16th September:
Event: Evidence board
Date and time: 12:00-13:00, 19th September
Event: Training and guidance for safe use of Artificial Intelligence in education
Date and time: 10:00-11:00, 20th September
