A framework agreement for carrying out minor construction works covering the period from April 2018 to March 2022. The number of schemes is not known. The schemes, each of which will have an estimated value of from £10,000 up to £500,000 or £1.0m as appropriate, will be the subject of an individual Works Order issued by the Project Manager/Supervisor. Tenders were required in respect of works in any or all of the following: Area East: Lot 1- East Low - Estimated works cost up to £500,000. Lot 2 - East High - Estimated works cost £500,001 to £1.0m. Area North: Lot 3 - North Low - Estimated works cost up to £500,000. Lot 4 - North High - Estimated works cost £500,001 to £1.0m. Area South: Lot 5 - South Low - Estimated works cost up to £500,000. Lot 6 - South High - Estimated works cost £500,001 to £1.0m. The types of works include footways, cycle routes, bus priorities, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming and works to recycling centres. Structural work, such as retaining walls and bridge deck repair, may also be included. The Form of Contract will be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013).
