The project comprises the Refurbishment and Fit-Out Works at the existing Phoenix and St Andrews Wards at Wells Priory, Glastonbury Road, Wells, BA5 1XL. These Works (Phase 2) follow the completion of the Phase 1 Demolition and Strip Out Works to be completed January, 2025.
