Community Learning

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) will be procuring delivery of community learning from August 2016 for delivery of the Skills Funding Agency Community Learning Contract. NCC aims to ensure that local people have access to an appropriate range of flexible community learning opportunities that contribute to personal, social, educational and economic development, under key themes of Employability, Health and Wellbeing and Family Learning. Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of organisations who are able to provide high quality Community Learning to adults over the age of 19 in Nottinghamshire. This Dynamic Purchasing System will enable commissioners to procure a sufficient supply of Providers who can provide Community Learning provision. Providers must have previous experience of providing Community Learning relevant to this DPS. Providers may be invited to tender for contracts for the following Community Learning provision: • Employability • Health & Well Being The provider list will operate electronically via the Pro Contract procurement portal. The DPS will operate for a period of 4 years.
