On behalf of the East London Housing Partnership and London Borough of Brent, the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham are commissioning research to explore the potential of collective provision of modular housing to assist local authorities to meet their statutory homelessness duties. The research should examine the benefits and challenges of modular housing provision, showcase local authority approaches to modular housing provision and identify opportunities for collective provision.
