The Growth Company ITT for St Helens Business Support Consultancy and Workshop Delivery Framework

GC Business part of The Growth Company (GC) and is seeking to establish a small framework of business support consultancy and workshop/masterclass providers in St Helens targeting business growth.

GC Business is looking for experienced Workshop Facilitators and Specialist Business Advisers who can work with ambitious and inquisitive leaders of growth companies to help build their capacity to achieve growth or breakdown the barriers to growth throughout the duration of the programmes outlined.

St Helens Business Support Service - Workshop Delivery, Facilitation and Support:

1. Deliver and facilitate a monthly series of workshops in the months September 2024 to February 2025.
2. Deliver workshops that will cover one or more of the following; Tendering, Supply Chain Planning, Innovation, Digital Marketing, AI, other specialist business growth area

In addition to the above workshop/masterclass activity, we aim, under this framework to appoint a pool of associates that can provide business support on other specialist subjects such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Supply Chain, Financial Management, Workforce Development, Human Resources and general business support.

1. Assist businesses on a specialist topic to break down barriers and enable growth.
2. Provide specialist advice covering one or more of the following; Tendering, Supply Chain Planning, Innovation, Digital Marketing, AI or other areas that are proposed by the successful providers
3. Complete a pre-populated action plan detailing the support and advice provided.
4. Complete an assessment detailing impact of the support to enable growth using our templated document.
5. Document any recommended support to tools or brokerage to other services.
6. Have an up to date Standard DBS for individuals delivering to customers
