The Authority is looking for a broad range of caterers to include (but not limited to):
Lot 1
Formal Dining (commonly known as sit down, table service, three course meal)
Lot 2
Worldwide cuisine - including but not limited to Asian, Caribbean, European
Lot 3
Street food, for example pizza, chips.
Lot 4
Informal dining - e.g. buffets, hot fork buffets, BBQs, hog roasts
Lot 5
Other - e.g. afternoon tea or anything not listed in other lots
