Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO) is inviting consultants to tender for the opportunity to provide technical adviser and administrative support to the “Building Installation: Repair and Maintenance Contract”. KCTMO intends to appoint a single contractor to deliver this contract which will include repair and maintenance to a wide range of building installations such as estate lighting, fire systems, CCTV, door entry and lightning protection. This tender is for a consultant to work alongside KCTMO to manage the contract. The consultant will be required to assist during the mobilisation period and also complete regular quality checks on the work undertaken and the certification provided by the contractor.
