The SID Framework will be used to develop and deliver social infrastructure projects including schools, housing, libraries, police stations, care homes and primary healthcare through mixed development of a site or sites in public or charitable ownership. The main aim of the panel is to deliver social infrastructure using the development value of surplus public or third sector assets and to make the procurement of a developer as quick and efficient as possible for both private sector panel members and public sector panel users.
