Project Support Officer

As Project Support Officer you'll start to develop a more innovative comms approach to support conversion activity. There is a significant risk when we start to look at the EU EHC form builds we will start to lose traction on our conversion if we do not start to 'market' the system better and make sure we are utilising all channels, particularly industry. We have been making good progress in our numbers however as we saw from last week (move from 24% to 17%), when we start to increase the numbers of forms, maintaining traction with the current resource becomes more difficult. We have all agreed that we could be using comms better to push this so getting an experienced comms person in this space will enable us to maintain our conversion progress.
