The key objectives of the solution are as follows:
| a. | To match the navigation functionality of Council papers - our current process allows users to quickly and easily access and navigate Council papers, across a range of devices, including iPads and tablet devices. |
| b. | To support the preferred formats of Council members, including to print hard copy papers directly from the system, without having to create multiple versions of papers. |
| c. | To provide accessibility to papers while on the move without WiFi and 4G. |
| d. | To enable administrators to compile the Council papers bundles quickly and easily. |
| e. | To provide a more efficient, streamlined and cost effective process which can potentially be rolled out across other Boards/Committees. |
