Fruit and Vegetable Stall [Manned service]

As part of the healthy eating initiative, Chesterfield Royal Hospital are looking for a manned fruit & veg stall to be located outside the main entrance of the Trust. In return, the supplier will pay a rental income of £500 per calendar month, income generated from sales remain with the supplier.

We require the stall to be manned Monday to Friday, trading times to be negotiated with the supplier.

Examples of fruit and veg we require as follows:

Fruit - Oranges, apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, melons, blueberries, raspberries, bananas

Vegetables – Potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms

Salad items eg lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomatoes

We wish to trial the stall initially for 6 months to establish trading potential, with a view to extending the contract for a further 6 months.

We require specification details of stall sizes available, along with grade of stall cover for fire hazards. Are stalls permanently based on site, if so we will require procedures involved for opening and closing the stall.

We will require details of your requirements as a stall holder ie is power supply required ( in which case an additional cost for supply of electricity will be considered).
