EC Data Collection Framework (DCF) - 2017 and 2018 Collection of Fleet Economic

The requirements of the contract are;

1. To collect costs and earnings and social data information relating to UK fishing vessel performance in 2017 and 2018 employment data to meet the requirements of the EU DCF programme.
2. To submit data to the EU Joint Research Centre as required under the DCF and as specified in the calls for data under Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1251 (the DCF).
3. To prepare more sophisticated analyses of the data which support the fleet profit forecast models which is used to inform government policy and negotiating tactics and to answer ad hoc enquiries from government relating to impact of proposed policies.
