Security & Fire Maintenance Services

To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed in the specification in clause 11 and as outlined below:

To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas:

1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building security and fire defects.

2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor security and fire works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.

3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of security and fire services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including:
