PAPP-0016 - Tender for the provision of Treasury Advisory Services

PA Housing are in a position to go to market for the provision of treasury advisory services; offering a 3 plus 2 contract. The appointed provider will be expected to offer the best possible balance of support, advice and challenge in order to help us ensure that our already high treasury management standards are continuously improved. We also wish to maximise our future financing opportunities in support of the organisational growth plan our Board has set, and we would expect our appointed advisors to play a key role in this work.

PA Housing achieves strong financial and operating performance. Following an In Depth Assessment visit in early 2018, we are rated at G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability by the Regulator of Social Housing. Since amalgamation we have delivered a programme of work to harmonise our systems, processes and ways of working in order to unlock the benefits which amalgamation brings. We have achieved our target level of recurring cost savings. We believe that this is an exciting time to be working with PA Housing and we are looking forward to evaluating what you have to offer.
