Lambeth Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified supplier to provide the services required for the Visioning West Norwood and Tulse Hill project, for the Strategic and Neighbourhood Regeneration team.
The contract to be awarded involves a production of an economic vision, a KIBA health-check, a Masterplan refresh and the formation of a Co-operative Local Investment Plan (CLIP) for West Norwood and Tulse Hill. The contract start date is Monday 5th October 2015, the project duration expected to be 12 months, and it will be reviewed on a monthly basis. The estimated aggregated value of this contract is a maximum of £140k, including expenses but excluding VAT. The contract will be let for a period of approximately 12 months.
