Passenger Transport Framework 3
Additional information: Herefordshire Council are inviting providers to join a framework of preferred delivery organisations for the provision of passenger transport services in Herefordshire. This is an Invitation to Tender for providers of bus, coach, taxi, private hire and community transport services to apply to join a framework of operators, who will then be invited to tender for various mini-competitions (call-offs) up to a 3 year period. Herefordshire Council has previously procured two frameworks consisting of passenger transport providers which was awarded on 8th July 2014 and 23rd April 2015. This Framework as well as the two previously procured will be run in tandem and together concurrently so if your organisation was successful and accessed either previous frameworks you need not apply for this opportunity. If your organisation was unsuccessful in accessing those frameworks you can apply for this third framework.
