Environment Agency Call Off agreement - Direct Award under ESPO 3A_16 'Advertising Solutions', Lot 1 - 'Recruitment Advertising'.
Key requirements:
| - | Provide day-to-day recruitment advertising solutions for multiple end users across the Environment Agency, using market intelligence to support solutions and media recommendations for the best candidate engagement ensuring value for money |
| - | Ensure Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are considered within every aspect of advertising, offering expert advice on where to place advertisements to meet EDI requirements |
| - | Provide detailed analysis of recruitment campaigns to evaluate success of media used and to inform future recruitment advertising activity |
| - | Negotiated best possible fees and costings for external media placements, consistently considering value for money with public spending. |
The award will bring Environment Agency in line with the rest of the Defra network who currently access recruitment advertising services through Government Recruitment Services.
