2020 - 0821 Install of High-Rise Suppression Sprinkler Systems

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Fire Sprinkler Suppression to High-Rise Block [Alpha House- Coventry] to ensure the safety of the building and residents, representing value for money.

We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service provider with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers.

The estimated value of the Project will be Based on Tender Returns with an agreement to complete March 2021.Citizen plans to divide the provision of the service into 1 Lot, as described.

However, you should note that we reserve the right to combine and/ or let other Lots in the way most beneficial to us and our customers.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of Citizen Staff. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.

You must upload your bid by using the `Attach Documents` button and your return must be submitted via 'Submit Return' on the Citizen E-Procurement portal before the deadline date provided in the project details. You will have the option to modify you bid up until the deadline.
