description

This is a Contract Award Notice.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of a delivery partner to supply and support a software system to assist with management of cases within the Governance and Legal Services team, enabling it to deliver a more efficient and cost-effective service. Cases involving court deadlines and large volumes of disclosure continue to require effective management in order to provide secure case delivery and compliance with judges' orders/directions. As part of its reform of the justice system and its efficiency programme, the government is investing in technology to improve the efficiency of court proceedings to allow for digital service and thus CQC needs to reflect that drive.

This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 13 Framework Agreement (RM1557.13), Lot 2 Cloud Software, following the Direct Award process.

The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 24 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months.

Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
