description

Lancaster University is actively working to reduce its energy costs, carbon emissions and energy consumption. It has committed to reducing carbon emissions by 83% by 2050, compared to 2005.

One of the initiatives implemented to achieve this is the installation of an energy monitoring system (EMS). Lancaster University's EMS consists of approximately 1,000 electricity, gas, water and heat meters as well as more than 150 data loggers.

This ITT outlines a scope of services for on-site support services for the EMS.

The EMS support will be required for an initial period of 1 year, but can be extended for a further year twice (for a total period of three years). It is envisaged that on-site support will be required for 2 days per week during this period.
