AHDB HQ Office and window cleaning requirements

AHDB tendered for a single provider for their office and window cleaning requirements. The contract will include all cleaning tasks (core and optional requirements), and the provision of cleaning materials required to perform the duties. AHDB occupies a 2 storey office building on Stoneleigh Park with a total size of approximately 2,800m2 and one stores building (only certain areas of this will require cleaning). The main building is split into two wings with a lobby off the rear staff entrance and a reception area off the main visitor front entrance. The ground floor comprises of a main reception area, with a boardroom and four large meeting rooms, plus small kitchen area. Each wing consists of two team rooms with one smaller meeting room, and individual study rooms. Floor plans for the ground and first floor of the office building are attached at the end of this specification. Cleaning is required Monday - Friday, 52 weeks a year excluding public holidays. The contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each, there will be a break clause after each year to assess supplier performance.
