Calderdale Adult Learning (CAL) Fund 2021-2023

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for the Calderdale Adult Learning (CAL) Fund. This is for delivery of accredited and/or non-accredited community-based learning to adults in Calderdale who are furthest from learning and employment. Key requirements will be to: Increase the number of adult learners (aged 19 years or over) in Calderdale Identify and engage hard to reach and vulnerable groups of adult learners within local communities in Calderdale Identify learning needs for hard to reach and vulnerable groups of adult learners within local communities in Calderdale Design and develop training programmes to meet identified learning needs Identify and engage appropriate tutors/partners to deliver training programmes Identify and arrange appropriate venues for delivery of the learning programme Manage and monitor programme delivery both internal and partner agencies Maintain effective monitoring of learner progression and soft outcomes Enable learners to progress on to further learning, education or employment For further information please refer to the CAL Fund tender documents.
