Property Insurance Services

The City of London is looking to put in place a Long Term Agreement with insurers for Property Insurance including Business Interruption and Contractors All Risk Insurance. The Long Term Agreement will run for an inital period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1 year extensions.(3+1+1) . Interested bidders must log onto www.capitalesourcing.com to register for the opportunity and downlaod the documentation. Registration is free.

Additional information: A supplier "open day" will be held on 2nd June 2016 between 10:30 and 11:30 to allow potential bidders to learn more about the City of London and it's specific Insurance requirements. Representatives from the Insurance and Procurement teams and from the City's appointed insurance brokers, JLT, will be present to answer questions concerning the procurement process and insurance requirements.

Dependant on numbers, the City may also offer individual appointments as well as the morning presentation. Anyinformation shared will be collated and posted on the tender portal.

Please note that some of the supplementary information (claims data etc) is subject to the completion of a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA). Bidders are required to sign and return this document at the earliest opportunity to obtain this documentation.
