description
The Science Museum Group wishes to appoint a supplier to produce an engaging series of six films for children that explore technologies helping tackle climate change. In this child-presented series our young presenter(s) will look at renewable energy and other technologies needed for a low carbon future, discovering more about these technologies and their effect on our planet, through a science capital approach.
With a wide variety of content related to climate change already in existence, these films will share an original take on this important topic, engaging 8-11-year-olds with the technologies which will have an impact on their future and helping them see the relevance of these technologies to their lives.
Content ideas will be discussed with the successful organisation appointed to create the films. Previous experience of working with children and thorough safeguarding procedures, and science-themed content is essential. The Science Museum Group will provide science expertise to review content.
