The West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges aims to continue to align itself to the fast changing economic and social environment in which it operates whilst ensuring it provides a skills offer to that meets market demand. Collectively the 7 Colleges of further education in West Yorkshire have established its Joint Venture working in partnership with leading specialists, stakeholders and partners to deliver the ambitions of the European Structural Investment Funds within the Leeds City Region.
Building on a successful legacy of UK & EU project delivery, WYCC is now actively seeking partners to express interest to act as a sub-contracting delivery partner for the following ESIF Tender Call “T10 – Promoting enterprise & innovation in Young People” in Leeds City Region.

Expressions of interest are requested by the stated deadline. The Consortium reserves the right to re-open the request for further expressions of interest at a later stage either before or after funding confirmation. Education and Training falls under the category of social or other specific services listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and therefore the light touch regime under Regulations 74-76 will be applied.
