description
To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed in the specification in clause 11 and as outlined below:
Electrical Services: (Including but not limited to)
The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the electrical infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested:
| • | Fixed electrical circuits/power and distribution boards. |
| • | Lighting. |
| • | Electrical service and wiring to other plant and equipment, such as pumps, |
boilers, air conditioning units, lifts, alarms, automatic doors and barriers.
| • | Electrical service to police ICT and operational equipment. |
| • | 5 yearly mains testing and inspections. |
| • | Extract Fans. |
| • | Emergency Lighting. |
| • | Fixed electrical heaters. |
| • | Generators. |
| • | Water heaters. |
| • | Water boilers. |
| • | Electrical showers. |
| • | Hand dryers. |
To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas:
- Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building electrical defects.
- Minor Works Service – To undertake minor electrical works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.
- Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of electrical services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including:

| • | Extract Fans. |
| • | Emergency Lighting. |
| • | Fixed electrical heaters. |
| • | Generators. |
| • | Water heaters. |
| • | Water boilers. |
| • | Electrical showers. |
| • | Hand dryers. |
