Locate East Sussex 2020/2023

The Locate East Sussex service is an established product in East Sussex and has been running and evolving since May 2013. The current contract (with an external provider) started in May 2017 and finishes at the end of April 2020.

As a part of its efforts to deliver sustainable economic growth for East Sussex communities and businesses, the County Council and its local Borough and District Council partners have had a long-term priority to secure inward investment to the County as well as supporting and enhancing the development of SME's within the county.

East Sussex County Council require a provider to deliver a range of Inward Investment and business support services for East Sussex for a three year period, with a possible extension of twelve months.

The new contract will be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by various project sponsors including East Sussex County Council.

The council will be requiring Social Value commitments from the supplier for this contract.
