This opportunity is suitable for SMEs(The Heritage Fund is looking to appoint a supplier to provide an evaluation framework and initial reporting of the recently launched Heritage Places strategic initiative. We are seeking an evaluation provider who will support the programme from the outset, facilitating the design and development of a Theory of Change for Heritage Place projects, with the Heritage Fund's area and country teams and places themselves, including stakeholders. The commission will also consider lessons learned from the emphasis on place and in some areas the transition between Areas of Focus and Heritage Places.
