The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following;

The response to tender should detail an instrument capable of a variety of techniques in X-ray diffraction including grazing incidence diffraction, Powder X-ray diffraction, X-ray reflectivity and small angle X-ray scattering analysis. These techniques offer valuable information to materials science research including: • Crystal phase identification of powder and film materials • Ordering and exfoliation of graphene materials • Film thickness • Particle size Procurement of this instrument will enhance CPI capability in characterisation of materials and enable future strategic research projects.
