Tender for Westcliff-on-Sea Artist Studios - Architects

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council invites electronic Tender Responses for Architectural Services relating to the opening of Artists Studios.

This project will look to provide support for Focal Point Gallery (FPG), in partnership with The Beecroft Trust, to convert the Station Rd (Westcliff-on-Sea)site into a much-needed complex of 20 rentable artist's studios, a community gallery and workshop space. It is believed this site would provide a large number of visual arts focused units whilst providing an income stream to the FPG to further diversify its income, help to diversify the gallery programme and broaden audiences.

The deadline for accessing the documents is: 13:00 Tuesday 21st November 2017.

The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the procurement is: 13:00 Wednesday 22nd November 2017.

The deadline for submission of completed Tender Responses is: 14:00 Wednesday 29th November 2017.
